Volunteering
This program consists of volunteering and taking Spanish lessons at the same time. Your program will consist of four hours of Spanish lessons, and four hours of volunteer work every day.
Centro de Esperanza Infantil A.C.
You will be volunteering at Centro de Esperanza Infantil: oaxacastreetchildrengrassroots.org, an organization that helps children who live in extreme poverty in Oaxaca.
The organization has more than 30 years and it is very well known. At the Center, they provide nutritious meals, medical care, computers to do their homework, and all support necessary to prepare and assist these children as they enter public school. There are already 670 kids enrolled in this program. They have all different ages from kindergarten to University.

Partnering with families, health workers, and farmers to promote the consumption and cultivation of the highly nutritious grain amaranth, Puente a la Salud Comunitaria is dedicated to the eradication of malnutrition and the improvement of health in rural Mexico.

CRIT Oaxaca
Fundación TELETON Mexamerica, is a non-profit organization organized to support or benefit Fundación Teleton México, A.C.
Oaxaca has a population of: 3,228,895 inhabitants of which 343,000 have a disability and of those, about 92,000 are children.
The CRIT Oaxaca serves people from other states such as Veracruz, Puebla, Chiapas and Guerrero.
Telethon Foundation is a project of national unity, which, through values such as love, generosity and solidarity, has succeeded in convening all of Mexico with the firm intention to promote a better quality of life for children and youth with disabilities and cancer.

Calpulli
The Calpulli Center is an institution that provides education to the poor children of Oaxaca through a kindergarten, helping the children with their homework, and also has a dinning room where the kids can go everyday and have a nutritional meal.
